In most cases, no. We fly directly above your property and keep the drone focused on the roof being inspected. Where a neighbouring property needs to be briefly overflown, we will advise you in advance. We take privacy seriously — the drone is never used to film neighbouring properties or their occupants. We do recommend that occupants of the building being surveyed are notified in advance, particularly those on the top floor, so they are aware of the survey taking place.
