Scaffolding, a tower or a powered platform has to be hired, erected, inspected and removed before anyone has looked at a single tile, and that cost applies whether or not a defect is found. The flight itself takes under an hour on a typical residential property. Most surveys are booked within the same week and often within 48 hours, and the completed report is delivered within 24 hours of the visit in PDF and digital format.

Payment is due after your survey is completed and before the report is released. An invoice is sent by email, and bank transfer and major debit and credit cards are accepted.
